Placing An Order

There are 2 ways to order from Modest Melly's:

• Order through our secure online shopping cart.
  
  
• Order via e-mail at sales@modestmelly.com. Just e-mail us the item number(s) you are interested in and we will place the item(s) on hold and send you an invoice, either through PayPal, mail or fax depending on your preference.  Once we have received your payment, your item(s) will be shipped.  Please note that if payment is not received within 10 days from the date of the order the item(s) will be placed back into inventory.
  

Payment Options

• PayPal: We accept secure online payment through PayPal using your debit card, credit card, or bank transfer.
  
  
• US Mail: We accept check or money order.  With this option, we will send you an invoice via e-mail, fax or US Mail depending on your preference.  Please be sure to make the check or money order payable to the name on the invoice.  Please note that if payment is not received within 10 days from the date of the order the item(s) will be placed back into inventory.
  

Shipping Information

We ship via US Postal Service.  At checkout you have the option of choosing either Priority Mail or Express Mail.  Please choose the appropriate option based on your needs. 

• Priority Mail: Items ordered with Priority Mail shipment will generally arrive within 4-5 business days.
  
  
• Express Mail: Items ordered with Express Mail shipment will generally arrive within 2-3 business days.

Return Policy

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with an item you have purchased, you may return it for a full refund (minus shipping) or an exchange within 30 days of purchase.  To initiate the return of an item, please e-mail us at returns@modestmelly.com.
